Having spoken to many owners either verbally or by email it has become clear that one of the common concerns we all have is the lack of communication or mis-communication between the Management Committee and the owners of Thalassa View Gardens properties. There is no central place where all owners can be found and views sought on issues or problems and where suggestions for impovements and changes can be made relating to Thalassa View Gardens.
The aim of this site is to address this issue by providing an open forum for all owners to communicate and exchange ideas, etc.
The forum itself has a 'General Discussion' area that is open to anyone that happens to stumble across this site. It also has an 'Owners Only' area that only registered and validated owners will have access to. It will not be visible to the general public and so more sensitive topics can be safely discussed.
To gain access to this area you will need to register and supply details of the block in which you own an apartment/maisonette - Anemona, Thalia, Yasemin, Kyklamino, Margarita, or Arodaphne. This will be verified manually before anyone is given access to the Owners Only section.
