We are probably going to put ours on the market shortly, although we think it very unlikely that it will sell! Any idea of who to put it on with?

Hi,

I'm not a Thalassa View owner but have bought off-plan at another Alpha Panareti development - St George Hills, which is due to be completed in Sept 09 ( although will no doubt be a bit later than that).
I came across this site whilst doing some research on AP and was rather concerned to find that there have been some problems with the management / maintenance of the site. I hope these are getting sorted out now. Really I am just wondering what the problems were and how we can avoid similar problems when our development is completed - any ideas?

Also, it doesn't sound like a lot of you are getting many rentals - has that been a problem?
As a non-owner I don't think I can access the owners forums, but would be grateful for any advice
